About Us

We are a group of parents, educators, and local stakeholders who want smaller class sizes, but concerned about how the recently Class Size Law for NYC will be implemented in a fair and equitable way that won't disrupt our children's learning.

The Class Size Working Group that was convened by NYC Public Schools Chancellor Banks contained recommendations that have harmful tradeoffs. We need a plan that works for everyone and doesn't create "winners" and "losers." All students should benefit from the law, not just a few, and no student should have to lose any services that they are receiving now.

 

Services and programs must remain at the same level of quality too!
